Traditional Tuscan Cured Ham

Prosciutto Toscano Nostrale is an artisan Italian cured ham made with 100% Italian pork and produced in Tuscany by Subissati Salumi.

Seasoned with a traditional blend of herbs and spices, including rosemary, garlic and pepper, this Tuscan prosciutto has a rich savoury flavour, delicate aroma and beautifully balanced texture. The slow curing process allows the meat to develop depth, tenderness and its distinctive character.
