Ingredients

1 lb thinly sliced raw beef (such as filet mignon or sirloin)

1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice

2 tbsp capers, drained

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Salt and pepper, to taste

Shaved Parmesan cheese (optional)

Arugula leaves (optional)
Directions
Arrange the beef slices on a platter or individual plates.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, capers, parsley, salt and pepper.
Drizzle the dressing over the beef slices and let sit for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavours to meld.
If desired, top the beef slices with shaved Parmesan cheese and arugula leaves.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
Note:
Note: If you can't find raw beef or you're not comfortable with eating it, you can also cook the beef to your liking and use it for the dish, it will taste great too.
