Delivery & Shipping Policy


Deliciously Fine Foods delivery is primarily available in Central London

Our food delivery service is available within selected London postal areas.

However, in addition, all non-perishable products we offer, can also be shipped to UK Mainland via selected couriers.

The products not available outside the London Delivery area are clearly marked "London Delivery Only" on each product page description.

Delivery slots (Date and Time) can only be reserved for London Delivery.

Shipping date and time to the rest of UK will depend on the shipping method available at the moment of order checkout.

Deliveries within London are undertaken by our vans.

Deliveries outside London are entrusted to national couriers that have great reputation and several years of experience in the field.

When will Deliciously Fine Foods deliver in London and the rest of the UK? 

Orders will be delivered in London on the day and time-slot you will choose before checkout. Although we put all our effort to offer you the nearest possible delivery, we keep a strict policy on the number of deliveries per each slot. We do this in order to maintain the quality of service. Therefore, you may sometimes find the next working days slots already fully booked. We do not deliver on holiday days.

 On the rare occasion your chosen product may be out of stock, we will notify you when the product will become available again.

 Is there a minimum order?

Yes, the minimum order is £80

The cost of Local Delivery in London is £8.50 regardless of the number or quantity of the items ordered. 
For all non-perishable food shipped within UK, via our couriers, the cost will be calculated when placing the order. 

What should I do if I am not at home when the delivery arrives?

Please ensure that we are given instructions if there is somewhere specific you want the parcel left, for example, with a neighbour. You can add or edit these instructions at the moment of placing the order. Alternatively, call or email us before 8am on the day of delivery and we will pass the new delivery instructions to our van or the courier company.

If the order contains fresh food and unless instructed otherwise, the courier company will leave the parcel in a safe place rather than return to the depot. If there is no-one home and the parcel is not signed for, but left in a safe place, the delivery is considered fulfilled.

Delivery instructions

Please note that while our Delivery Instructions allow for long messages, the courier Company only allows for 60 characters, therefore please keep in mind that any important delivery instructions have to be max 60 characters.

Delivery Days

We deliver from Tuesday to Friday with the exclusion of Bank Holidays.

Delivery Slots

London Delivery offers 2 daily time-slots from which you can choose at the moment of checkout:

  • Morning
  • Afternoon

Delivery Cost

London Local Delivery cost is £8.50 for any selected slots regardless of quantity and weight.

Rest of UK the cost vary from £8.50 to £16.00 depending on the chosen delivery type, quantity and weight.

Calculation is made automatically at the time of your order.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the business involving unpacked fresh food we do not accept any returns on Perishable Products.

If a product reaches you for any reason deteriorated, you should notify us on the day of delivery at orders@deliciouslyfinefoods.com providing evidence of the deteriorated product (a photo would be fine) and we will be happy to replace it. Deliciously Fine Foods shall not be responsible for deterioration of products delivered but not received in person.
