Terms of service
These terms apply when you buy from deliciouslyfinefoods.com. They're written to be read, not skimmed. Nothing in them affects your legal rights as a consumer.
1. Who we are
Deliciously Fine Foods is a trading name of N & CO Store Limited, registered in England and Wales, company no. 10181730, VAT GB 351 7036 18. Registered office: Unit 2, 5 Baldwin Street, London EC1V 9NU. We trade from Food Exchange, 1st Floor, Unit 6, New Covent Garden Market, Nine Elms, London SW8 5EL. Contact us at orders@deliciouslyfinefoods.com, on +44 20 3968 7054 or on WhatsApp.
2. Who can order
You must be 18 or over to buy from us. We sell to households in the UK; trade customers buy through Deliciously Wholesale on separate terms.
3. Your order and our contract
When you place an order, we email to say we've received it. That email isn't yet acceptance. The contract is made when we confirm your order is being prepared or dispatched. If we can't supply something, we'll tell you and refund anything you've paid for it.
4. Products
Photos are for illustration, and natural products vary. Cheese, charcuterie and fresh produce are cut or weighed by hand, so weights may differ slightly from those stated. Ingredients and allergens are shown on each product page; if you have an allergy, please check the label on delivery as well, and ask us if in doubt.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is charged separately at checkout. You pay in full when you order. If we've made an obvious pricing mistake, we'll contact you before dispatch and you can cancel for a full refund.
6. Delivery
Delivery areas, charges and times are in our Delivery policy. Food may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour if you ask us to; once it's left as instructed, it's your responsibility. If something is late, missing or wrong, tell us as soon as you can.
7. Alcohol
Alcohol is sold only to people aged 18 or over. By ordering it, you confirm you are. We check ID on delivery and may refuse to hand over alcohol if the recipient can't prove they're 18 or over, or appears to be buying for someone under 18. Alcohol is never left unattended. If we can't deliver alcohol for these reasons, we'll refund it, less the delivery charge.
8. Cancelling and returns
Your right to cancel, and what we can't take back, are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. If something goes wrong
If goods are damaged, faulty or not as described, we'll replace them or refund you, as set out in our Returns & Refunds policy and under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We're responsible for loss you suffer that was a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses: our goods are for household use. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit.
10. Events outside our control
If something beyond our reasonable control (severe weather, strikes, supplier failure, a courier outage) delays your order, we'll tell you and do our best to minimise the delay. If it's significantly delayed, you can cancel for a full refund.
11. Using our website
Our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy also apply.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you have a complaint, please contact us first; we'll do our best to put it right.
These terms were last updated on 11 October 2026.
