Refund policy
The short version: if something arrives damaged or isn't right, tell us the same day and we'll replace it or refund you. Fresh food can't be sent back, for obvious reasons, but jars and packets you haven't opened can.
Damaged, faulty or not what you ordered
Email a photo to orders@deliciouslyfinefoods.com or send it on WhatsApp, on the day of delivery for fresh and chilled food, and within 30 days for everything else. We'll replace the item or refund you in full, including delivery. This doesn't affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Changing your mind
You can cancel an order, or part of it, within 14 days of receiving it, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Just tell us by email, phone or WhatsApp. This applies to sealed, non-perishable goods such as jars, tins, dry pasta and oil, returned unopened in their original packaging. We'll refund the price of the goods and the original standard delivery charge within 14 days of getting them back. You pay the cost of sending them back, and we'll tell you where to send them.
What we can't take back
As the law allows, we can't accept change-of-mind returns of:
- fresh, chilled or frozen food, or anything that would spoil quickly
- food or drink that has been opened or unsealed
- dishes made or cut to order for you, including freshly sliced charcuterie
If any of these arrive damaged or faulty, though, the first section applies, and we'll put it right.
How you'll be refunded
To the card or payment method you used.
