Fresh Tagliolini Pasta 600gr
White Truffle 50gr
Dairy Whipping Cream 200gr
Unsalted Panna Butter 40gr
Salt
Pepper
Parmesan 50gr
Truffle Shaver
Put a big pot of water to boil and add salt
Put the serving plate on top of the pot with the butter inside and let it slowly melt.
Mix a laddle of the boiling water with the cream
Add a spoonful of greated parmesan and stir again
Cook the Tagliolini in the boiling water for 3 or 4 minutes.
Drain the pasta and place in the serving plate, add the cream and stir well.
Shave the Truffle on top and add some freshly grinded black pepper.
Eat hot and enjoy!
