A generous taste of Italy, packed into a beautiful natural wicker hamper.
This collection brings together eleven exceptional products from small Italian producers: hand-prepared vegetables, mature cheeses, freshly sliced salumi and artisan pasta made the traditional way.
Begin with Prosciutto Crudo, truffle salami, Pecorino and Caciocavallo, accompanied by baby artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes, yellow pumpkin and green tomato confiture. Then choose between Porcini Tagliatelle and Chioccioloni pasta, served with our farm-grown courgette sauce.
The preserves from Maremma are grown, harvested, cooked and jarred on the same Tuscan land. The pasta is bronze-drawn and slowly dried at a low temperature in Umbria, giving it a beautifully firm texture that holds every drop of sauce.
