About the Producer
Produced by Maremma in Barattolo, a family-run farm on the Tuscan coast in Maremma, where ingredients are grown, harvested and preserved on the very same land. A true farm-to-table philosophy rooted in tradition and seasonality.
A vibrant sweet heat inspired by the flavours of Tuscany.
Crafted in small batches using ripe sweet peppers and red chilli peppers, this jam balances natural sweetness with gentle warmth. Apple cider vinegar adds brightness and structure, while slow cooking allows the flavours to deepen and harmonise.
The result is layered and expressive Ñ sweet at first, followed by a refined chilli finish that lingers without overpowering. Made with clean, carefully selected ingredients and no artificial additives, it reflects traditional Italian preserving methods and a respect for seasonal produce.
