Rich, vibrant and gently spicy, this all’arrabbiata sauce combines ripe tomatoes with chilli and classic Mediterranean ingredients for a full-flavoured sauce that is perfect for quick pasta dishes.
Traditionally served with penne, it also works beautifully with spaghetti, rigatoni, gnocchi or as a base for baked pasta and vegetable dishes.
