A true farm-to-table philosophy rooted in tradition and seasonality. This sauce was made using ripe, sun-grown tomatoes, slowly cooked to bring out a natural depth of flavour.
Fresh basil is added towards the end, preserving its gentle aroma while allowing the tomatoes to remain at the centre.
The process is simple and unhurried, shaped by traditional kitchen methods. The texture is soft and balanced, with a clean sweetness from the tomatoes and a light, fragrant lift from the basil.
