You will receive our Biltongs vacuum packed.
Keep refrigerated below 10° C
Open the pack 30 min before consuming leaving it at room temperature to release its full flavour.
Once opened keep regrigerated and consume within 1 week.

Garlic Black Pepper GBP Biltong Mix - made from wild British venison

When we were selling at the local farmers markets, we started being asked to mix our different venison biltong flavours in the same bag. Garlicious 50:50 with Sargent Pepper was the most popular blend, so now it’s available on our website!

We make our venison biltong from only the prime haunch meat of the fallow deer. The venison taste isn’t too strong and we found that this meat combines fantastically with spices.

Use the buttons to let us know how you like your Biltong. Usually available in a choice of lean and fatty, we will pick the pieces of biltong that suit your taste and requirements. You can also say if you prefer a wet of dry piece. The leanest and driest pieces can be as low as 2.5% fat, and up to 70% protein.
