Maìa, Gallurese for magic, is their Vermentino di Gallura DOCG Superiore: hand-harvested, briefly cold-soaked, fermented in truncated-cone vats and matured on its fine lees, partly in large oak casks. It has collected awards, including first place at the Vermentino Award in Diano Castello.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eCitrus, ripe white fruit and wild herbs on the nose; on the palate it is round and textured, with freshness that keeps it lively.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eLovely with seafood pasta, roast chicken or a summer table of antipasti.
