The scent is of fruity flavours of peach and citrus, musky of Mediterranean spices, laurel bay, and sage. In the mouth it is fresh, fruity, persistent, and with medium acidity.
Bianco di Baal goes well with sea food, semi-soft cheeses such as provola, and legume soups. It is extremely well appreciated as an aperitif.
